Dear Madam or Sir
I am writing to complain about the equipments which I bought from you that I use for my job.
I am a doctor so I bought medicine boxes and medicine equipments from your shop . When I
bought many di erent furniture from your shop , equipments liked to me but ,
I arrived at my
home with all furnishings , they did not comfort to my home . For example ,
my house is small
so , equipments did not contained at my home . Moreover , While I was using the furniture , I
saw cracks at behind and bottom of equipments .
Likewise, cracks were ware , deep and big .
If cracks did not deep and big , I did not complain about equipments . Furthermore ,
Colors of
furnishings was not right for my room . As colour of my room is light blue but color of
equipments were dark blue . So , I wanted to change it , such as ,
colors of equipments and
figures of equipments . If it is possible changing the color of the equipments to air color . I
assume , you will replace the equipments as it is obviously wrong .
