What kinds of writing do you generally do?
I am not a student anymore so I don’t write as often as I used to. But I still take
notes at work whenever we have a meeting or I think of something important to
do. I frequently make 
lists of things I shouldn’t forget. I often write emails to customers and colleagues.

How often do you write letters?
I hardly ever write letters to anyone. I use my mobile phone a lot, and I call my
relatives or my family to keep in touch with them, or send them good wishes. I
used to write New Year cards every Spring Festival, but I don’t do anymore; I simply
call or visit them.

Which language do you prefer to write in?
Naturally my native language, Punjabi. But for office correspondence I usually
write in English as it’s a commonly used language.
