Consequently, a negative and meaningful relation between the mobbing and affectional commitment has been known in our study. This magnitude relation report the affectional commitments to the organizations of the staff are in high level. By examining analysis, a negative and meaningful relation between affective commitment and intention to go away the organization, has been arisen. Additionally, the increase of affective commitment of employees is going to be cause the decrease in intention to quit and continuance commitment.
