Before you read

You are going to read  a story by Agatha Christie.  She also 

wrote Death on the Nile and  many other stories.  Have you  read 

or seen films of any of them? What do you  know about them?

2  Look at the  pictures  in the  book.  When  do you think the 

characters  in the story  lived?
