Our main goal is to provide privileges and preferences to the private entrepreneurship, small business
and farming movement, which is also the most important structural sector of the economy, filling the
domestic market with the necessary goods and services.
Private entrepreneurship, especially in the service sector, is one of the key factors in ensuring socio-
economic stability in all spheres of society. The development of this sector will lead to the
enrichment of the country's population, economic development and an increase in state budget
revenues.
The role of the service sector in improving people's living standards and quality of life is invaluable.
That is why the service sector is constantly evolving around the world. The economic reforms being
carried out in our country have led to radical changes in the service sector, as in all sectors of the
economy.
Markets of goods and services play an important role in meeting the needs of the population. Since
this issue is related to the provision of material well-being of the population, it is expedient to study
such socio-economic relations in each country. Indeed, the development of economic relations leads
to the formation of a market for goods and services, which gives rise to different perceptions of the
broad development of this market. According to the object, the goods and services sold and
purchased are divided into:
consumer goods and services market;
market of means of production;
labor (resource) market;
foreign exchange markets and stock exchanges;
Market of scientific and technical discoveries and innovative developments (market of
intellectual potential) [2-P.117].
By the nature of the services sector, a market with features such as the classical type of free market,
flexibility, conjuncture, interconnectedness, and local connectivity differs in its distinctive features
[3-P.20].
However, depending on the functioning of markets, they can be grouped in a different way, that is,
markets are divided into the following groups according to the use of goods in the social production
process: means of production markets, consumer goods markets, services market, housing market and
so on. At the present time of modernization, the main part of the economy is occupied by service
enterprises.
Their share in GDP, the number of people employed in the economy, taxes paid to the state budget,
the creation of new jobs is constantly growing, and the continuation of this process in the future is
confirmed by legal documents.
In particular, the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-1754 of May 10,
2012 "On the program of development of the service sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2012-
2016", the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 17, 2013 Resolution
PQ-1957 "On additional measures for the accelerated development" created ample opportunities for
further development of the service sector in our country [4-B.6].
