When considering the classification of services, it should be noted that according to the level of
development of the service sector, services and classifiers differ in number and content in different
countries and regions. In order to manage and regulate international trade in services, the
International Monetary Fund divides them into two groups:
Purchased services;
Non-negotiable services.
In defining the quality of service, attention should be paid to meeting not only the economic but also
the social needs of consumers.
From this theoretical conclusion, the quality of service can be defined as follows: Quality of service
is a set of flawless services aimed at fully meeting the needs of society (people, businesses and the
state) for services at a high level and benefiting them materially and spiritually at low cost.

In this definition, relevant aspects are included to fully express the quality of service. These are
reflected in the following: firstly, if the definition of consumers of the service is reflected in this
definition, and secondly, the need for services should be fully met at a high level.
Third, any quality will be effective for the owner if it is done at low cost. As a result, this definition
also includes a set of features that are equally beneficial at low cost.
Most importantly, service quality means flawless service. Apparently, this definition of service
quality covers all aspects.
It should be noted that the service sector is aimed at improving people's lives. Improving people's
lives is a very comprehensive process, so its networks and scope are very wide.
In addition to creating decent conditions for the people, this sector is also gaining a significant place
in the country's GDP. Indeed, the rapid development of the service sector in our country has been
ensured.
Today, the market of goods and services plays a special role in solving the problems of economic
growth.
It is the market of goods and services, their effective functioning, on the one hand, is an important
tool for improving the living standards and quality of life of consumers, on the other hand, the
continuous, uninterrupted operation of entities producing these goods and services. creates the
necessary conditions. Satisfying as much as possible the needs of the population in various goods and
services, as well as growing and expanding, is a priority of the consistent socio-economic policy
pursued in our country. The main distinguishing features of the services market are:
1. Availability and ease of deployment of services;
2. Compliance with the requirements of the developed market and the complexity of economic
activity and forecasting of individual services;
3. Modernization and expansion of attention to services;
4. Rapid resilience of population groups;
5. High profitability.
