AUDIO-VISUAL REQUESTS
Please note in your VIF if you will present a powerpoint presentation, you must bring
your own laptop. If you bring a Mac laptop please bring an adapter.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS or Other Special Needs
Please note on your VIF form if you have any mobility issues, dietary restrictions, or
severe food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs. Luce Hall
is fully accessible.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS and VISA INFORMATION
If you are NOT a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident you may need to obtain an
appropriate visa. If you have any question regarding the correct visa type, please contact
the nearest consulate in your area.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need a
signed formal letter of invitation in order to obtain your visa.
FOLLOW UP AFTER THE EVENT:
In order to complete your reimbursement after the event, please send Christina additional
Yale forms and scans or images of the following for your reimbursement: passport
image, the visa stamp page, I-94 card, or other visa status documentation. For J-1 & F-1
visa holders receiving honoraria --
form, advanced written approval from your sponsoring institution allowing for an
honorarium payment (not needed for reimbursement only), and send or bring a
copy of your DS-2019.
