Abstract: 
The thesis is about the reforms in the field of higher education and 
how our president, along with the reform of higher education, will join the ranks of 
leading countries by increasing the share of highly educated personnel, and proposals 
for additional reforms in this field, and how important it is for higher education of 
foreign languages. A special proposal has been made to teach tax subjects in foreign 
languages at the same time as a foreign language in the fields of economics, for 
example, in the field of taxation.

THE NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE ASPECTS OF ARTIFICIAL 
INTELLIGENCE IN ECONOMICS

Abstract: 
The article also analyzes the results planned and used in practice in 
foreign countries on the development of technologies and mechanisms of artificial 
intelligence. Strategic objectives set in this direction in Uzbekistan are evaluated. 
As an important part of the socio-economic system the directions of artificial 
intelligence technologies use in the agrarian sphere are offered.
On February 17, 2021 the Decision of the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan “About measures on creation of conditions for operative introduction 
of technologies of artificial intelligence” is accepted. The purpose of this Decree 
is the rapid introduction of artificial intelligence technology in accordance with 
the Strategy “Digital Uzbekistan - 2030” and their widespread use in our country, 
ensuring the availability of digital data and their high quality, providing qualified 
personnel in this area.
