antagonistik ta’sirini o‘rganish shuni ko‘rsatdiki, shirinmiya ildizida ajratib olingan
ayrim bakteriya
shtammlari faol antagonist ekanligi aniqlandi. Antagonistlar ichida

eng faol bo‘lib 85% gacha fitopatogen zamburug‘lar
shtammiga
qarshi ingibirlash zonasini xosil qildi.

Abstract:
Today, achieving economic efficiency in agriculture, increasing
plant productivity, and reducing phytopathogenic diseases are one of the urgent
tasks. This study was conducted on the selection of the most active antagonists of
the genus Baillus, which are used in effective biological control of phytopathogenic
fungal diseases. In the course of research, the study of the antagonistic effect of
Baillus subtilus strains against phytopathogenic fungi showed that some bacterial
strains isolated from licorice roots were found to be active antagonists. Among the
antagonists, Baillus subtilus was the most active and produced an inhibition zone of
up to 85% against phytopathogenic fungal strains.
