borgan. Ammo adabiyotshunos olimning haqiqiy ma’nodagi iste’dodining yana

O‘ljaboyev essenavis sifatida bir qancha kitoblar muallifidir. Adabiyotshunos
olimning bu yaratgan esdalik, yodnoma, xotiralari uning do‘st-u yaqinlari bo‘lgan,
o‘zbek adabiyotida o‘z o‘rniga ega olimlar, shoirlar, yozuvchilarning yetuk shaxs,
zahmatkash, iste’dodli olimlar siymosida yodga olishimiz uchun bir manba bo‘lib
xizmat qiladi.Shu bilan birga muallifning esse yozishdagi badiiy mahoratidan
dalolat beradi. Mazkur maqola Umurzoq O‘ljaboyevning esselari haqidadir.

talabalar harakat qobiliyatini maqsadli rivojlantirish tana tuzilishini, muvozanat
qobiliyatlarni yaxshilashga, jismoniy rivojlanishlarini oshishiga erishish yo‘llari

Abstract: This article presents the ways to achieve the purposeful development
of students’ mobility, improve their body structure, balance skills, and increase
their physical development by applying an individual approach to the educational
process of students studying in higher educational institutions. In the researches,
the factor of psychophysiological and psychological characteristics of individuality
was considered as a dominant factor in choosing a strategy for individual cognition.
