1-Chlorine-2-benzenesulfonylamidebutylpropionate (I).
16.6.g (0.13 mol) of butyl ether of 
acrylic acid and 34.8 g (0.13 mol) of N-chloro-sodiumbenzenesulfamide were dissolved in 80-100 
ml benzene and 15 g of concentrated chlorohydric acid was added drop by drop to the mixture at 
such a rate so that temperature of the reaction mixture does not exceed 50
0
C. After supplying HСl 
the mixture was boiled with stirring for 3-4 hours. The mixture was cooled, then 20-30 ml of hexa-
ne was added. Precipitated crystals were filtered, washed with water and dried. The resulting pro-
duct was recrystallized from ethanol. 
 
1-(N,N-diethyldithiocarbamoyl)-2-phenylsulfamideobutylpropionate (II). 
2.88 g (0.01 
mol) of 1-chlorine-2-benzenesulfonylamidobutylpropionate and 1.5 g (0.01 mol)
 
of
 
sodium
 
N,N-
diethyldithiocarbamate were dissolved in 15 ml of ethanol. It was boiled till complete precipitation 
(2 – 2.5 hours), cooled and then filtered. The precipitate was washed with water, dried and recrys-
tallized from ethanol. 3.13 g of product was obtained (with 72.4 % yield).
 
1-O-Isopropylxanthate
– or thiocyano-2-benzenesulfamidebutylpropionate (III, IV).

isopropylxanthate or 1.1 g (0.012 mol) of potassium thiocyanate were dissolved in 15 ml of ethanol. 
The method is similar to the procedure of obtaining the compound II. 
 
1-Mercaptobenzthiazolo-,
1-(3-carboxypyridine)-, or N-tretbutylcarbamido-2-benzene-
sulfamidobutylpropionate (V-VII).
The method is similar to the procedure of obtaining the com-
pound II, however, 1.1 mol of triethylamine was taken for 1 mol of 1-chlorine-2-benzenesulfamido-
butylpropionate.
