9. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 02:45 p.m. local time on 08 October 2012. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on 08 October 2012 at 3 p.m.. local time.

Lot 3: Medical Equipment & Supplies for 100 beds Agdash Hospital Delivery Department : Bid Security for amount of 2,000 AZN (two thousand Azerbaijani Manat) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency
