Full-Time Member Service Representative – 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

An opportunity has arisen at our Member Service Representative Desk at Aura Leitrim, Carrick on Shannon where we are seeking to recruit a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join our team for a 6 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
This role will primarily involve working front of house as a team member to drive service excellence by building and developing member relationships, taking ownership and responding to member’s queries and continuously looking for opportunities to improve Aura’s service and support to our members. The Member Service Representative will work closely with all staff to ensure we are meeting the specific needs of our individual members, promoting the Aura brand and achieving our goals.
