INTRODUCTION
Today, Uzbekistan achieved a new, high stage of its development. We consider it the most important and we made it a priority. The great goal is to live in harmony and cooperation with the people of the world, to build an open democratic society, to adhere to national and universal values in our lives. We believe that respect can only be achieved through a broader decision we understand. Therefore, for the development of our country, a great deal of work is being done on priority issues such as modernization of a number of areas, their improvement, full training of personnel. The main goal of the large-scale reforms implemented in all areas today is to further develop the economy of our country and improve the well-being of our people. Tourism, one of such areas, is developing rapidly in our country, the purpose of which is to fully spread our language and culture to the people of the world deliver and showcase our cultural assets to the world. Tourism is one of the important sectors of the economy. It is necessary to further improve this network, making effective use of existing opportunities.
The decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev dated December 2, 2016 "On measures to ensure the rapid development of the tourism sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan" ensures the rapid development of the tourism industry, gives tourism the status of a strategic sector of the economy, and the potential of tourism in the regions is an important factor in effective use.
Uzbekistan is a convenient country for both travel and pilgrimage. Because our ancestors, who are known and famous all over the world, settled forever in our motherland. There is great interest in the rich spiritual and cultural heritage left by them in the international arena. In order to further develop the industry, first of all, it is necessary to improve the necessary infrastructure. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, is an example of the changes that are being implemented in terms of the prospects for the consistent development of tourism in our country, the effective use of tourist facilities, the improvement of the quality of the services provided, and the increase in the flow of tourists visiting our country. In order to train, retrain and improve the qualifications of highly qualified specialists in the field of tourism, to strengthen the economic potential of tourism and further increase its efficiency, the training of highly educated personnel in the field of tourism began in the 1999-2000 academic year. This was the first step to introduce our classical culture to the world. Our ancestors spoke to the world through our mother tongue. Great examples of culture, great scientific discoveries, artistic masterpieces were created in this language.
Our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said: "Whoever wants to feel the grace, charm and influence of the Uzbek language, and its limitless possibilities, should listen to the “alla” of our mothers, our thousand-year epics, our immortal statuses, the magic of our Bakhshi and Hafiz, let him listen to his songs."
People of the world, who are primarily interested in Uzbek culture, can be clearly seen in the flow of international tourists visiting our country. Therefore, language provides the bridge between our culture and their interest in our culture. In this matter, the correct use of lingua cultural concepts in translation is one of the urgent problems in explaining our language and culture. ‌‌As we all know, translation is a very delicate process and the translators are involved and they are relentlessly effective at recreating it using all his skills research is required. Its relevance is that a tourist or other representative of the people cultural words that are unfamiliar to, of course, arrive through the translator and through this important in obtaining spiritual nourishment or having a common vision. Such a one there is an idea: A person engaged in translation, that is a translator, two languages, two is a bridge between nations, through his ability to translate the subtlest aspects of the people and the nation are reflected. Indeed, the whole culture, lifestyle, traditions and worldview of a people it is definitely reflected in his language. Therefore, in this respect the responsibility of the translator is enormous. Especially a certain people when translating national words, that is, specific words belonging to the language the translator's approach is particularly noteworthy. Because people have their own culture other people should accept it the way they see it. It is known that the concept of national color in translation is unknown to us customs, way of life of the people, in general, national characteristics are understood.
Therefore, while preserving the national color a translator who can translate correctly using the most appropriate methods without a doubt, it can be said that he is a master of his profession. For example, words and concepts encountered in the Uzbek language absence in other languages or difference in content, form, volume can do. But it is also the tools that express our nationality taking into account that it is one of them, we are faced with the problems of its translation in delivering the unique aspects of our culture to other nations. Correct use of lingua-cultural aspects in translation is one of the urgent problems.
Therefore, we need to work more on lingua-cultural issues in order to deliver a full translation. I'm also attempting to analyze a fascinating and little-studied topic, and I'm hoping that the results of my modest study will be extremely useful to me and will serve as one of the most effective approaches and standards for teaching English in our country.
My graduation qualification paper is devoted to one of the actual themes: “Lingua-cultural problems of translation”. I analyze the emergence and solution of linguistic and cultural problems in the translation between English and Uzbek.
