ANNOTATION Relevance of the research work: As a result of the globalization of education, the world is observing the tradition of creating a single educational space and reducing the gap between its structural systems. Improving the content of training pedagogues in the preschool education system of developed countries by means of professional competence and motivational factors, as well as fully fulfilling the social order arising from the changing demands of society, in particular, solving important tasks in the field of preschool education at the level of the times, intellectually mature, urgent innovative processes in the field priority is given to the training of specialists capable of mastering
The object of the research work is the process of improving the professional motivation of students of preschool educational institutions of pedagogical higher education institutions.
The purpose of the research work is to improve the technologies of formation of professional motivation of educators-pedagogues of future preschool educational institutions.
Scientific novelty of the master's thesis work:
- Pedagogical necessity and characteristics of formation of professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues are determined based on giving priority to professional competence, systematic assimilation of educational technologies into the content of the educational process of preschool education;
- The model of formation of professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues will be improved on the basis of the sequence (algorithm) of educational processes to ensure the dialectical connection between the categories of motivation such as creative and purposeful activity, social relations, need, desire and the didactic system of formation of professional motivation;
- The software and didactic support of the technology of formation of professional motivation of future teachers-pedagogues will be improved taking into account the comprehensive design of the educational process based on variability and the social order consisting of educational standards and qualification requirements in relation to the cognitive activity of the teacher-pedagogue.
