Offered FAO the system of measures for prevention and control FMD (food and mouth 

disease) has shown efficiency of realization of “stamping-out” measures with parallel reali-

zation of ring vaccination around of the center of an infection (Albania, 1996; Macedonia, 

1986; Mongolia, 2000-2001).

In Azerbaijan last years at infection by exotic types effect the abolition all diseased ani-

mals. In other cases the quarantine measures (about 21 days) in an unsuccessful zone and 

the system and forced vaccination will be carried out.
