2.1.4.10 Prototyping : Student projects are usually severely constrained
by time. It is often appropriate to work on a restricted data set and
demonstrate proof of concept rather than attempting the full.
2.1.4.11 Sanity checking : Talk to fellow students/tutors/lecturers about
what you are doing and ask them what they think and what they are doing.
This will reduce the risk of falling in a hole.
2.1.4.12 Task development : List the tasks, establish interrelationships
between tasks, identify milestones, layout tasks and milestones, review
logic of the network, confirm reasonableness of items on the critical path.
