ABSTRACT Often decreasing immunity, activated severe chronic viral, bacterial infections as a result of
sensitization is one of the frequent clinical issues occurring during pregnancy period. This clinical
issue impacts condition of amniotic fluid as well. Either changes of supply level of amniotic fluid or
color conversion, both symptoms predicts pathological state of amniotic fluid.
The study conducted among 43 women with FMA who were selected from 207 women. Selected
women were divided into two groups. 17 of them, who received cure treatment, gave birth to alive
infants. 26 women in second group didn’t receive any restorative treatment of immunity system or
any other health increasing procedures before pregnancy.
From 26 women who did not receive a treatment 14 (53.8%) give live birth, 3 (11.5%) had
stillbirth, 2 (7.7%) had miscarriage, 4 (15.38%) induced abortion and the last 3 women had
undeveloped pregnancy.
41 (95.3%), from 44 studied women revealed CMV IgG-positive, 16 (37.2%) Toxoplasma IgG
positivity, 6 (13.95%), Rubella IgG positive and 16 (37.2%) pregnancies, with ABO-blood group
incompatibility.
The examination revealed that amount of amniotic fluid level is above normal in 15 (34.88%)
women and below normal in 3 (6.97%) candidates. 4 (9.3%) patients from 43 had viscous liquid, 15
(34.88%), blurred fluid, while 3 out of them were examined with greenish color amniotic fluid.
In two cases, 6-7 week pregnancies, first was undeveloped pregnancy due to blur amniotic fluid.
Second pregnancy resulted with dead childbirth in 36-37 week though was taken under control. As
a result examined blur amniotic liquid resulted with termination of pregnancy.
In case of greenish amniotic fluid the woman’s amount of Heartbeat was between 110-120 beats
with fetal hypoxia. Although protection regime was prescribed pregnancy resulted with dead child
labor.
As the amniotic liquid reserves all ingredients of blood plasma elements like alpha fetoprotein,
keratin, urea, glucose, alkaline phosphates, phospholipids, lecithin and sphingomyelin can be
detected in it’s consistency. It is believed that this can be the reason to detect disorders and diseases
of newborns, prevent child deaths and inborn disabilities
