The harmonious upbringing of the younger generation is an age-old dream of our people, and the main task of parents, schools and communities is to bring up an effective modern person based on the national cultural, historical traditions and universal values of our people.
Our national ideology and values represent the goals of our people, lift their spirits and be a support in the face of the trials of history. This nation is looking for answers to the many vital problems facing this society.
The child sees the socio-spiritual image of society in the image of the family, understands the essence of the requirements of society for the first time among this small community.
The role of educational institutions and the family is especially important in inculcating the ideology of the national future in the minds of young people.
The main task of educational institutions, family and neighborhood committees and social institutions is to help inculcate the idea of national independence in the worldview of all people living in our country, to explain its essence to the general public. To this end, the Concept of Family, Neighborhood and School Cooperation, developed in 1993 to unite the efforts of the participants in the educational process, has become an important program for coordinating the activities of the general public in educating young people loyal to their independence, spiritually mature and patriotic. The changes taking place in our country require the renewal and implementation of the main tasks of the family, parents, community, school in the upbringing of children in the direction of family, community, school cooperation.
The main tasks of schools and teachers in educating children should be based on the content of the National Program of Personnel Training of the Law on Education adopted by the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the program views of the leadership of the republic.
The great thinker Abu Nasr al-Farabi said that man cannot attain perfection alone. He needs to be in touch with others, their companion or relationship. In his opinion, it is important that the educational process is organized by an experienced teacher. Because not everyone knows a little about happiness and things. He needs a teacher for that.
Farobi says this can be achieved by putting education in the right direction. Because purposeful education brings a person to perfection both mentally and morally, in particular, a person learns the rules of nature and society correctly and behaves correctly in life, treats others correctly, follows the rules of social order. is the first scholar to describe education. The word education is to teach a person, to give theoretical knowledge on the basis of explanation; education is the teaching of theoretical qualities, norms of behavior and practical skills necessary to master a certain profession, says the scientist.
Thus, Farobi believes that the main task of education is to bring up a mature person who can meet the needs of society and serve it.There is no future for a nation that does not dream of perfection and does not care about raising a harmoniously developed generation. Such a nation is doomed to national decline.
The main factor of family, community, school cooperation is to create a healthy environment in the family, to take into account national and lifestyle, to be a role model for children, to form love for their country, to care for each other, to give children a deep secular knowledge. , to ensure that they grow up to be educated and spiritual people, to create an economic and social environment for children to be spiritually mature and physically healthy.
Based on the saying that seven mahallas are the parents of one child, the mahalla, which is a small homeland, faces a number of tasks in educating the next generation and carrying out the process of educating them. Initially, community activists, together with educational institutions, should be active in discussing issues that need to be addressed in the educational process and finding reasonable solutions to identify socio-economic families in their area and support them in educating and nurturing children. Due to the lack of sufficient knowledge and skills of parents, many mistakes occur in family upbringing, the solution of such problems requires the school administration to work with parents. The inconsistency of the parent's educational influence, the occasional control over the child's upbringing, the punishment for a misdemeanor, and so on, have a strong effect on the child's emotional state. As some parents weaken their parenting activities as their children get older, their interest in school gradually diminishes as they move away from their parents, lose control, lose interest in school, and become less active in their neighborhood. Of course, parents, then the neighborhood, and then the school administration are to blame for such blunders.
While it is not on paper to keep young people in the mahalla's guzars, it is also an example of encouraging our youth to know their opinions on current issues. two or three words are enough. Of course, this is a very sad situation, it would be expedient to follow all the rules set out in our Concept to eliminate such shortcomings.
