you can take one of the taxis waiting in front of the station at the Taxi Stand.

REIMBURSEMENT
Yale will cover your lodging and economy travel expenses of flights and airport transfers
related to the event.
Travel expenses include air, train, and ground transportation charges
to/from the airport and New Haven, but not airline extra bag fees and travel meals.
Before your arrival, you will be given by email an IRS W-9 (for US citizens/permanent
residents) or a W8BEN form. You must sign it and send back in advance for Yale to
reimburse your travel expenses.
Yale Payment by check: in
US dollars, sent to the mailing address you provide on your
Visitor Travel and Information Form and/or your W9 or W8-BEN form.
For Wire/ACH Transfer Payments: in
advance or after the event, please send wire
transfer details printed on official bank letterhead including the seal of the bank or as
directed in the Yale wireless and ACH transfer forms.
Yale requires all RECEIPTS (including the proof of payment -last four digits of
debit/credit card), appropriately dated. No missing receipts are allowed to be reimbursed.
You
may also scan, attach, or send receipts. Also, if your receipts are missing the proof of
payment, please send a credit card or bank statement with all but the related transactions
crossed out. If using
a travel agent, please request a receipt or a note confirming payment.
If you are driving your own car, mileage is reimbursed at the current allowable Yale rate.
Please do not submit gas receipts. A rental car,
properly documented, is allowed.
Receipts may be emailed after you return home to Christina Andriotis.
