the questions with a colleague:

5. How can I explore?
By asking yourself questions (or by having someone else ask you questions), 
as you did in the last chapter, you’ve already begun to explore the situation 
you chose to focus on, in the sense that you’ve begun to think carefully 
about it and have become more aware of what you do and what you don’t 
know. In this chapter, we will suggest how you can continue to reflect in this 
way and will also suggest some ways you can look for external sources of 
information to answer your exploratory questions.
