Resume 
In modern cities, high-rise construction is growing rapidly, so the development of 
multifunctional transformable furniture and the creation of new projects that meet the requirements 
of modern architecture is an urgent need. Of course, the rational use of the premises is the main 
factor. This factor can be realized only with the help of transformable furniture. This article covers 
this topic with examples.
