located in the territory, and these decisions must be approved in the relevant councils. Regulatory
legal acts adopted by local state authorities are prescribed for legal examination by the relevant
Department of Justice(Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan) in accordance with
the established procedure[4.].
This strategy aimed at the further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan is aimed at
creating favorable conditions for the socio-economic development of Regions, effective solution of
systemic problems in the economy, good living of the population. The adoption of the strategy, in
turn, laid the groundwork for the further support of innovational business entities by the state,
creating the necessary conditions for them. The third line of the strategy is aimed at further
development and liberalization of the country's economy, aimed at strengthening macroeconomic
stability, maintaining the country's high economic growth, ensuring the competitiveness of the
national economy, reducing the state's participation in the economy. In this regard, the necessary
measures were outlined to implement structural changes, protect the right to private property,
promote the development of small business and entrepreneurship, create the ground for socio-
economic development of territories without complex and mutonosib, improve the investment
climate and attract foreign investment to the sectors of the economy.
On the initiative of our Honorable President, the establishment of "people's receptions"in the
regions of our country was a huge innovation step in identifying the most acute problems among the
population and finding solutions to them. In this regard, the organization of receptions aimed at
solving the problems of business entities of the head of government, protecting their rights, once
again strengthened confidence in the protection of business entities.
The development of "e-government" in the Republic of Uzbekistan is further increasing the
speed and quality of services provided by the state. Today, e-government is a great tool in providing
business entities with the necessary information, providing them with quick legal and practical
assistance. The development of e-government in our country has laid the groundwork for the
emergence of various forms of entrepreneurship using electronic commerce, electronic services and
media. As a result of the introduction of new modern technologies into the sectors of the economy,
the effective use of Natural Resources, the increase in the amount of added value in production, the
economy is leading to an increase in income.
In order to ensure the rapid development of all sectors of the economy and social sphere on
the basis of advanced foreign experience, modern achievements of world science, innovative ideas,
developments and technologies, the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the
development of the strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026” defines a number of tasks[5.].
The main goal of the strategy is to develop human capital as a key factor determining the
level of competitiveness of the country in the international arena and its innovative progress.
According to the press service of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, issues related to the
development of cooperation between Tajikistan and China were discussed during the meeting.
Law No. 328/1"on the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan" was adopted
