people are not aware
of this and do not visit a specialist, it can be dangerous and lead to several
diseases. For example, many vegetarian people
are anemic because of the
lack of iron in their diet, so they need to be supplemented with iron
tablets. Therefore, I believe that having a healthy and
complete diet is
more important than any other thing.
In conclusion, although animals can be protected if more people start
following a vegetarian diet, I believe that having a
balanced diet with all
the nutrients and vitamins that a person needs is far more important.
Therefore, I consider that the drawbacks of a vegetarian diet outweigh the
benefits.
