remarkable how much you can accomplish in 20 minutes, especially if all parties
go into the meeting with the understanding that you only have 20 minutes. Even
if you're just moving from 30-minute meetings to 20-minute meetings, you can
fit in four to six more meetings, calls, or appointments in a day. Over the course
of a year, that's more than 1,000 more opportunities you are buying yourself.
