consulting, or just to meetup puts a lot of strain on my assistant to juggle my
time. One of the most useful pages I have on my website is a live feed to my
schedule. I then ask people wanting my time to recommend two to three times
that suit them and we can then schedule them in accordingly. As for productivity
tools look no further than Trello, it is an excellent service and works well with
any industry for project management.

doesn't exist. I plan my days the evening before and I wake up and begin my
Miracle Morning which I learned from Hal Elrod. The Miracle Morning has
been critical to starting my day on my own terms but my calendar is sacred. I
make sure to block at least two to four hours per day to spend on my highest
priority for the day. I have scheduled breaks and time for email and meetings.
Managing your calendar and not letting it manage you allows me to be proactive
instead of reactive. If you're always reacting you're likely never to get the main
priorities accomplished.
