Employment law: Constructive dismissal
Employment law: Constructive dismissal
In this picture, you can see that the woman in front of the computer is under severe depression. The woman and man around him are dressed in official clothes. From this we can think that they are the boss of this woman.
In addition, the picture depicts a depressed woman sitting with a computer, desk and work tools. The picture looks like it was taken in some campaign or office. In this, the artist depicts a situation of constructive dismissal in the workplace. the man on the right is pointing his index finger at something or putting pressure on an employee. I think it teaches the employee how to do the job and it has a negative effect on the employee.
On the other hand, the woman on the left is depicted nervously. In my opinion, dissatisfied and angry with the employee's work, yells at the employee. This also causes the employee to lose interest in work and become very nervous. This is exactly what the photographer wants to portray in the picture. Legally everyone has their rights and freedoms.
it is possible to say this instead of the conclusion, working freely and working without any pressure is one of the factors that will lead to further development of the future.
