Example 3
S - Situation - My director selected me to create content for an executive team building workshop
T - Tasks - I heard from other senior directors this project would be difficult to create as much of the executive team would not participate
A - Actions -I scheduled a 1:1 meeting with all the executives and conducted a needs assessment. Creating the executive team building workshop was difficult. I spent most of my time scheduling and rescheduling 1:1 meetings with most of the executives. This was frustrating and I felt my time was wasted. I shared my frustrations with my director and she sent an email to the executive team to cooperate.
R - Results -I was able to create a successful executive team building workshop.
