Summary
Pedagogical professional culture is one of the parts of teacher’s general culture.
Professional culture has an important role in professionalism and competence of teacher.
There are some factors in shaping the professional culture. They are following:
general
culture;
culturological competence,
creative pedagogical thought,
ability to use new
pedagogical technologies, etc. There are some indicators of pedagogical
professional culture
that derive from above mentioned factors. Those factors occupy main part in this article, and
content of all of them was described.
