Summary The article discusses the role of the teacher`s profession in the developing of country,
about duties and responsibilities of teacher in the matter of acquisition of values by the
people. The teacher have a very important role in the fate of the country. The teachers are the
main element in the educational system. The article notes that the teachers play the main role
in the developing of the country, growing up the specialized human force, ensuring the social
peace and harmony, the socializing and preparing of individuals for the social life, transfer the
culture and the society values to the younger generation. At the same time the article analyzes
the features that should be contained in teachers.
