Abstract
Travel marketing is an essential component of the tourism industry, aimed at
promoting destinations, attractions, and activities to potential travelers. With
increasing competition in the industry, it is becoming more challenging to stand out
and attract visitors. This thesis explores the different strategies that can be used to
promote a destination effectively. The key components of effective travel marketing
include understanding the target audience, developing a unique selling proposition,
creating a brand identity, utilizing digital marketing channels, creating compelling
content, collaborating with tourism industry partners, and measuring success through
key performance indicators.
