In this article, recommendations are given on the use of innovative approaches
in teaching the topic "Literary speech and style". Also, the different aspects of the styles are shown
with specific examples.

Topic: Literary speech and styles
Speech is the process of using language units and material to express an idea. There are
different ways of choosing and using lexical, phraseological, phonetic and grammatical tools in the
language in different spheres of life and in different speech situations. Accordingly, the following
styles of speech are distinguished: colloquial style, official-departmental style, scientific style,
journalistic style and artistic style.
Conversation style
Colloquial style is a relatively free way of choosing language units and using them.
According to its characteristics, this style is divided into two types: literary conversational style and
ordinary conversational style.
Literary speech style is a common type of universal literary language and is used in all areas;
it is developed and organized in accordance with literary standards.
Literary speech style serves for everyday communication, teaching, education and
propaganda are conducted in this style, and fiction is created in this style.
