of Turan" (1998), "Alpomish" (1998), "Courage of Barchinoy" (2002) truly embody a legendary
imagination. There are also many works of the artist M. Yoldoshev in the "Gorogli" epic series,
among them "Among the Gorogli women" (1995) in the "Gorogli" epic. it embodies the events
before our eyes. In the portrait of academician S. Rahmetov "Alpomish" (2005), Alpoghlan is
depicted as going to battle on a horse with a bow in his hand, wearing military armor. The image
looks majestic against the canvas. The image of Alpomish is all over the fabric. He is pointing at
something with his hands. Their eyes are fixed on the ground. He has a big bow in one arm, and
arrows in his back. The horse seems to be neighing, the eyes of the white horse are directed at the
viewer. The color gamut in the work is a bit heavier, more cold colors are used. That is, he mainly
used dark brown, dark, gray colors. The sky behind is also muffled by clouds. With this, the artist
reveals the character of Alpomish through the appearance of the sky. it can be felt that he tried to
describe the symbolic landscape of that environment. The closeness of the work to the style of the
Italian artist Caravaggio is obvious. It can be said that it is a great innovation to make the image
majestic compared to the canvas and to depict it outside the rules.[3]
Of course, sculptors were not left out. Magnificent statues of heroes of many epics created
by sculptors adorn the streets and avenues of our country with their beauty and elegance. For
example, we can mention the image of "Alpomish" created by Kurban Norkhorozov. This statue of
the author was installed in the central avenue of the city of Termiz, Surkhandarya region, as a
symbolic hero of the oasis. The sculpture "Gorogli" by Jasvand Annazarov, professor of the
sculpture department of the National Institute of Art and Design, is of special importance among
heroic epics due to its emotionality and strong pastiche. If we look at Shakhlo Sharipova's work, the
fact that the sculptor devoted the main part of her work to the image of women is a proof of the
unique way of the artist and the presence of a unique skill in the art of sculpture. Shahlo Sharipova's
attention to heroic and romantic epics made a sharp turn in her work, in the image of women. For
example, the artist's thematic composite sculptures, which have worked on romantic epics such as
"Farkhod and Shirin", "Layli and Majnun", attract the audience with their creative lyrics. In the
creative workshop of Shakhlo Sharipova, the image of "Barchinoy" in the epic "Alpomish" from the
heroic epics is noteworthy. It's safe to say that the artist approached this task in a truly professional
sense. Only through the image of "Barchinoy" did the patience, tenacity, loyalty and bravery of an
Uzbek woman perfectly work.
In the years of independence, the art of majestic sculpture also developed. Great work was
done to create the image of legendary heroes. Attention has increased to the "Alpomish" epic,
which has become a priceless treasure of the epic creativity of the peoples of the world. In this
regard, the First President Islam Karimov said: "Every nation has its own legendary hero, beloved
wrestler. The name Alpomish also entered our consciousness with the words of our mothers. The
memory of our ancestors, their pride, is preserved in our memory in the form of Alpomish.
"Alpomish" is a heroic song that shows the identity of the Uzbeks, comes from the hearts of our
brave and courageous people, and is passed down from generation to generation by our ancestors.
In fact, if the ancient and glorious history of our nation is an endless epic, "Alpomish" is the king
verse of this epic".[4] In conclusion, it should be said that the role of folklore in the education of
young people is incomparable. The growing young generation listens to the heroic epics written and
set to music by bakhshis in the sodtons, loyalty to the motherland, friendship between relatives,
legendary bonds of friendship, and they begin to choose their dreams and goals. The images of
many heroic epics created in visual arts enrich the imagination of young people.
