hands; in real life, kids fantasize and embody ideas in modeling, cutting, coloring, creating 
applications, and dependence on gadgets deprives them of this opportunity; 
- the psyche of children adapts to technical devices: as a result, the thinking and perception 
of the child change - bright visual images evoke strong emotions, but leave the child's thinking 
indifferent, as a result, the main channels of perception for him become vision and hearing; 
- a child cannot cope with an overabundance of information received with the help of 
modern technical devices, which leads to violations of the emotional and volitional sphere, children 
become emotionally unbalanced, unable to control their actions, they may also experience a feeling 
of poor health, susceptibility to stress; 
- escape to the virtual space:of course, not every child replaces the real world with a 
computer game, and yet, some children become seriously dependent on gadgets, focusing all their 
interests on the virtual world: not only communication with peers suffers, but also relationships 
with parents; 
- in children who play a lot and often "shooters", their worldview is distorted: the child 
associates himself with an immortal computer hero and gets used to the fact that if he is "killed", 
you can start the game again - the sense of self-preservation is dulled, and now he is on the street it 
seems that he is able to perform some dizzying trick with ease and without risk to his life; the child 
begins to believe that resolving any conflicts with the use of force and weapons is the norm, and 
does not even try to resolve quarrels in real life peacefully, he simply does not know how to do it; 
heroes of computer games are not responsible for the most cruel acts and murders - this behavior 
model is transferred by a child to the real world: you can hit, beat your opponent to the blood - and 
you will not get anything for it! and if the hero of the game jumps from a height without breaking, 
"Farm Farm" or "Beauty Salon", in complete psychological safety - another aspect of the 
negative impact of computer games on children - games kill the ability to work, make efforts to 
achieve results. Children get used to the fact that a couple of mouse clicks solves any problem - and 
here you are a hand-written beauty, your computer pet is fed and happy, the farm is flourishing. 
They then transfer this wrong model of behavior to real life - hence depression, stress and 
tantrums, when something does not work out the first time, when you need to try to make it work. 
Such games cause addiction in the child. 
In addition to the harm from direct radiation, there are additional health hazards from the 
active use of tablets and other similar devices: 
This aspect of the influence of gadgets on children is worth considering in more detail. If a 
child is overly fascinated by a tablet or laptop, then it may suffer: 
1. Vision - if the baby spends more than half an hour a day at the monitor, there is a risk that 
after six months his visual acuity will decrease significantly, because children's eyes are under a 
huge load; 
2. Posture - children at the computer often stoop, which is fraught with curvature of the 
spine and numerous difficulties with posture in the future; 
3. Brain - from a long stay in one position, blood circulation in the limbs, internal organs can 
be disturbed, the brain suffers, too, which has an extremely negative effect on the child's 
intelligence, is fraught with a decrease in concentration and memory. 
4. For children spending hours behind the touch screen, problems begin with the 
coordination of actions between brain commands and hand movements. In the studied groups of 
children, there were cases when such guys could not even throw the ball in a straight line, because 
the upper limbs did not adequately respond to signals from the head [4]. 
If we want to prevent the emergence of computer addiction in children and reduce the 
possible negative impact of electronic devices, we need to use them correctly, adhering to several 
important rules, and this is firstdependence on gadgets can develop if parents begin to replace real
