THE QUALITY INDICATORS OF FRUITS OF GRADES AND FORMS OF THE APPLE-TREE CULTIVATING IN TERRITORY OF NAKHCHIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC
Determined the average and maximal weights, density, volume, taste, a tasting estimation
and a high-quality commodity, output of fruits of grades and the forms of an apple-tree cultivating
in the territory of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The highest quality indicators were established that for fruits of grades Ordubad gezali,
Heyva alma, Shah alma, Gelin alma, Tabak alma and forms of Guney Gishlak-1, Shada-4,
Shikhmahmud-3. Their common tasting estimations have made 4.6-4.8 points.
