INTRODUCTION
The topicality of the research dissertation is the study of legal texts in
English and Uzbek languages, the connection between law and language, the role
of language in the relevant expression of legal texts and legal processes, and legal
texts, at the same time , consists of the problems that can be encountered in the
translation of action strategy, their analysis and solution.
The
novelty of the Dissertation Paper is defined by concrete results of the investigation.
Special emphasis is laid on various types of rendering
the structure, the stylistic and lexico-
semantic featuresof legal text, especially, action strategies in English and Uzbek languages.
The
aim of the research paper is: of this Dissertation Paper is the first,
to analyse
specific features and their importance of the legal texts during various legal processes and
the second,
on the base of the examples, taken from there, to define
the specific features of
action strategy in Uzbek and English languages.
According to this general aims the following particular tasks are put forward:
1. to analyze the theoretical basis of the improve to use the of legal text in linguistics;
2. to define the main strategies and characteristics of various
legal texts as well as
action strategies;
3. to identify lexico-semantic characteristics of the legal texts;
4. To analyze the basic stylistic features of legal text;
5. Based on the results of the analysis to determine the most productive ways of
translating legal texts.
The methods of research used in this Dissertation Paper are as follows a
method of
the description, comparison, analysis, method of observation and experiment.
