In the part of aged under 18, Utal is the first state with 28 percent of people under 18 years old. California and Florida have just 18 percent of youngs. By contrast, it would appear that there is a completely different situation in the part over 60 years old. In Florida, this figure is 23 percent, and California the second and Utal the last with 13% and 8%.

Poverty line is inversely proportional to average income to per capita in California, which is 16 percent compared to 23000 dollars. In Florida and Utal, these indicators are 12% and 9% to 22000 and 17000 dollars

Overall, each state has own characteristic rating, such as Utal and Florida are first in the highest percentage of people aged 18 and the highest proportion of people aged over 60 respectively. In California despite the highest income per person, the proportion of poverty rate is also the highest
