5. Conclusion

In this research, there is broad variety of information on Uncertainty principle in measurement. A brief summary of the research's scientific direction and scientific idea and expected results of the research are reported.

Transient testing require a whole different approach to measurement uncertainty than the other tests covered thus far. This is due to the fact that the variables in transient testing comprise voltage or current parameters, time domain parameters, and set-up parameters, and there is no meaningful way to combine them into a budget expressing a single number that may then represent the applied stress's uncertainty. The accreditation standard ISO 17025 says:

In those cases where a well-recognised test method specifies limits to the major sources of uncertainty of measurement and specifies the form of presentation of calculated results, the laboratory is considered to have satisfied this clause (on estimation of uncertainty of measurement) by following the test method and reporting instructions.

Moreover, we can calculate an Uncertainty of a slope on a graph of above mentioned calculations.
