Cardinal Points

• We use cardinal points to know where place are in relation to one another.

Here you will have to use cardinal points to «move» according to the intstructions.

Representations of the Earth

• A map is a symbolic representation of selected characteristics of a place, usually drawn on a flat surface. It uses a small scale.
• A globe is a picture of a planet drawn on a sphere. It is like a scale model of the planet.
• A plan is like a map but of small area. It uses a large scale.
