Support has been removed for the store uploader tool.
This tool is included in the Windows SDK only. The
endpoint for the tool has been removed from service and
the files will be removed from the SDK in the next release.

Internet Explorer 11
The Internet Explorer 11 desktop application is 
retired and
out of support
 as of June 15, 2022 for certain versions of
Windows 10. You can still access older, legacy sites that
require Internet Explorer with Internet Explorer mode in
Microsoft Edge.

XDDM-based remote
display driver
Support for Windows 2000 Display Driver Model (XDDM)
based remote display drivers is removed in this release.
Independent Software Vendors that use an XDDM-based
remote display driver should plan a migration to the
