Introduction
At present time we are living in global process of the world. Nowadays to Communicate with any foreign company, organization or any firm, we are required to know a foreign language, especially English, because it is a first rate language of the world now. As based on this social process, a lot of new decrees of improvement of the foreign languages are being enforced by the government of Uzbekistan. For instance: According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PD-2909 “On measures for further development of Higher Education System” adopted on 20th of April 2017, all educational institutions of the Republic should establish close partnerships with the leading international research institutions, broad introduction of advanced teaching technologies into educational process, educational programmes and teaching materials based on international educational standards, involve dynamically in research activity and professional development of teachers and professors.  Overall, today the educational sphere of the country, as well as all other social spheres, is undergoing reforms. [1, 2]

Also it’s envisaged that university modules, especially in technical and international areas, will be offered in English and other foreign languages at higher education institutions.[2.50]

One of the facts for attention of the teaching and learning English is the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main purpose of all things that are currently being done is for renewing learning and teaching foreign language methods. From some observations and analysis we can say that without any doubt we should make new strategies and use new methods based on latest world information and media technologies. We should make improvement in our education system based on traditional methods with improving skills of teachers and supply of modern teaching materials is required.

Certainly, in our country all the necessary conditions have been created for the demonstration of young people’s talent, finding their worthy place in life and becoming masters of their professions. This motivates us, the youth, to work harder and look confidently into the future as we are awarded to be born and live in this bliss land.

In order to construct a modern state with a developed market economy, ensuring the gradual changing from a strong state to a strong civil society, we have always realized that only those people, who comprehend the necessity of the national and universal human values, who possess modern knowledge and advanced technologies, can achieve the set of strategic goals of development.
