It is true that nowadays many cities and towns are more polluted compared to the past. There is a reason associated with this problem and there are also two solutions to address this problem. There are several factors which lead to this problem. First and foremost, the number of cars is increasing in some cities, due to the fact that more people are moving to cities and towns for good education, job opportunities. Absolutely these people bring their cars with themselves. More cars lead to noise and air pollution. That is why it is unhealthier to live in cities than in the past. There are some approaches to tackle this problem. For instance, making public transports cheaper is one solution. In other words, many people think that driving their own cars is much more comfortable and cheaper. If government makes buses, trams and trains cheaper and more convenient for public, people may prefer public transports rather than their own private cars, so that the number of cars will decrease. In addition, government can make some efforts to make cities greener. For example, they can make some demonstrations about the effects of plats on environment and people’s health or they can force the owners of private buildings to make the surrounding of building greener by planting trees. To sum up, although there are still things which make living in cities unhealthier, there are some solutions like: cheaper public transport and green places tackle that problem.
