PROBLEMS OF IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING MANAGEMENT SCIENCE IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

Annotation: this article provides a lot of information about the methods of improving the methodology of teaching the subject of preschool education management. This article provides scientific information on pedagogical approaches to management science and important issues of today.

Improving the methodology of teaching the subject of preschool education management is important for preparing the future pedagogical and managerial personnel for a complex and developing field of preschool education. Here are some ways to improve the teaching methodology in this discipline:
Active learning should be encouraged through discussions, hands-on work, and hands-on training in groups. Realistic scenarios should be used to help students understand the practical aspects of managing preschool organizations.
Multidisciplinary approach: combine knowledge from different disciplines such as psychology, child development, sociology and management. This holistic approach helps students understand the various factors affecting preschool education.
Technology integration: integrating technology into a curriculum that allows students to learn online resources, educational programs, and virtual simulations related to preschool management.
Guest teachers: invite experienced preschoolers, administrators and researchers to give guest lectures. They can share their practical experiences and ideas, providing valuable real-world perspectives.
It is necessary to develop and analyze examples related to the management of preschool education. These cases can cover issues such as curriculum development, personnel management, budgeting, and parental involvement.
