Sports in our everyday life
Sport is a very important thing in our lives. It makes a big influence for healthy. Sport was already popular a lot of centuries ago. The first the ancient Olympic Games was in 776 years b. c. People did sports for competition and pastime. Moreover, they wanted have a beauty body and they knew that it is a good method for keep slim body. Today is the same as in antiquity.If you do sports regularly, you'll feel good and you won't have a problems with your healthy. Sport cause that we feel happy because during do sports our organism produce hapiness' hormones endorphins.Sports is done for fun. People want do extreme sports, for example bungee jumping. It gives you fun, new exciting experiences and a lot of adrenaline.If you do sports regularly, you won't be bored. It was a good way for spend free time. In Poland the most popular sport is football so, boys (and girls sometimes) in free time very often play football on local playground. They organize own a small championship and play matches with themselves. In this country football is important thing in Poles lives. We start adventure. with football in early childhood, during play in the small playground. Next we start to be interested in local team and we go to matches. We choose a team and we supported this field. In Poland supporters are faithful to team and they have a wonderful doping.
Everyone countries have a special national sport. For example, in Czech Republic it's ice hockey, in England it's football, in USA it's baseball or in Scandinavian countries there are winter sports. Sport connect and divide.
Sport is very important in our life.lt is popular among young and old people. Many people do morning exercises, jog in the morning and train themselves in clubs in different sections and take part in sport competions. Other people like sports too, but they only watch sports games, listen to sports news. They prefer reading interesting stories about sportsmen. But they don't go in for sports.
Physical training is an important subject at school. Pupils have got physical training lessons twice a week. Boys and girls play volley-ball and basket-ball at the lessons. There is a sportsground near our school and schoolchildren go in for sports in the open air.
A lot of different competitions are held at schools, a great number of pupils take part in them. All participants try to get good results and become winners.Sport helps people to keep in good health.If you go in for sports, you have good health and don't catch cold.
Children and grown-ups take care of their health and do morning exercises regularly.
There are some popular kinds of sports in our country:football,voley- ball,hockey,gymnastics, skiing,skating.Athletics is one of the most popular kinds of sports.It includes such kinds of sports as:running,jumping and others. Everybody may choose the sport he(or she) is interested in.
There are summer and winter sports. My favourite sport is swimming.l go to the swimming-pool twice a week.I prefer to rest by the lake or the river and swim there.
My friend John goes in for boxing. He is a good boxer and he is a brave and courageous boy. His hobby helps him in his everyday life.
