I am writing in response of your email of suggesting some essential elements of classroom management and give my opinion to develop the right skills

I am highly motivated to be given this chance by the club asking my points of view.
Firstly, discipline is the most important aspect of classroom management.It is essential in teaching of new theme.
Secondly,managing time of lesson,I mean teacher should have time to do all skills during the lesson .For this it is necessary to love their job.
