Text-based tasks for guessing meaning of vocabulary from context Instructions: Dear student, the purpose of the task is, to improve your vocabulary through contextual analyzing. For that reason while doing the task, pay attention to the words in bold.
Use your dictionary and your own logics. Do not forget that you should learn the words and try to use them in communication.
While guessing the meaning of the word, please look out the words in the context admittedly.

There are 15 sentences to analyze and guess the meaning of the words which are given in bold.
You are asked to write the definition of the word with your own words(PLEASE DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE DEFINITION, IT CAN CAUSE THE MARK DECREASING)
The next step is creating your own sentence with that word(YOU SHOULD KEEP THE MEANING OF THE WORD ACCORDING TO THE TASK SENTENCE)
The last, you should give the other meanings of the word by using your dictionary.
Do not forget that all words are given in the glossaries of the unit lessons.
