Impulsive- showing behaviour in which you do things suddenly without any planning and without considering the effects they may have
Pragmatic -solving problems in a sensible way that suits the conditions that really exist now, rather than obeying fixed theories, ideas, or rules
Flexible-able to change or be changed easily according to the situation
Indecisive- not having a clear meaning or producing a decision
Conventional- used to refer to weapons that are not nuclear, or to methods of fighting a war that do not involve nuclear weapons:
Determined -wanting to do something very much and not allowing anyone or any difficulties to stop you
