CHAPTER W210 
THE WORKPLACE SAFETY 
AND HEALTH ACT
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly
of Manitoba, enacts as follows:
DEFINITIONS
Definitions 
1 In this Act, unless otherwise specified,
“agency of the government” means any board, commission, association, or
other body, whether incorporated or unincorporated, all the members of
which, or all the members of the board of management or board directors
of which,
(a) are appointed by an Act of the Legislature or by the Lieutenant
Governor in Council, or
(b) if not so appointed, are, in the discharge of their duties, public
officers or servants of the Crown, or, for the proper discharge of
their duties are, directly or indirectly, responsible to the Crown;
