What 10 habits are you going to introduce?
It's not necessary to introduce BIG changes. The usual habits my clients
introduce are: • Exercise 3 times a week.
• Focus on the positive.
• Work on your goals.
• Walk by the beach or in the woods.
• Spend more time with your family.
• Eat more vegetables.
• Meet with friends.
• Read 30 minutes a day.
• Spend 15 minutes on “alone time” a day ,
etc.
It helps to have a visual display! And don't forget to reward yourself for your
successes!
