HELLP sendromunun tek özgül tedavisi, do¤umun gerçeklefltirilmesidir. Gebeli¤i 34 hafta üzerindeki hamilelerde, do¤umun derhal gerçeklefltirilmesi tavsiye edilir. Do¤um eylemi 12 saatten sonra gerçeklefltirilen gebelerin, ciddi komplikasyonlara maruz kald›klar› savunulmaktad›r (31)
. Gebeli¤in 24-34 haftalar›nda, fetal akci¤erin geliflimini h›zland›rmak, fetüsün intraventriküler kanamas›n› ve nekrotik hemorajik kolit riskini azaltmak için steroid kullan›m› tavsiye edilebilir.
